Solix Frame Solutions Ltd is based in Lowton, an installer of uPVC windows and doors on a national basis for some of the country’s leading new house builders.
We are looking for two office based administrative assistants to provide both general support to our existing installations team and to maintain efficient aftercare services.
From answering and directing telephone and email enquiries to liaising with fitting teams, service engineers, customers and home owners, and maintaining accurate supporting records in both paper based and digital formats, the roles will vary dependent upon experience and skill set of the candidate/s. As part of a small but busy team we do expect flexibility and some cross-over of duties to provide support to all aspects of our business
Experience in servicing the housebuilding sector of construction would be preferred but is not essential. Ability to work within a busy team with good communication and organisational skills together with a strong attention to detail contributing to the smooth running of the business is essential
Although some flexibility may be considered, these are permanent full-time positions, hours 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
