Job description
We are looking for a happy, enthusiastic person to assist the Office Manager, sort product returns and undertake office administration. The job is based in the Warehouse in Livingston.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Assisting the Office Manager and supporting the wider team in their roles
- Using IMS system to generate and print orders as required
- Carrying out administration tasks/data entry for warehouse and customer services
- Organising and documenting Snag’s returns department, which includes RTS, agreed customer exchanges and clothing returns
- Quality Control – inspect garments and tights for faults
- Steam and reprocess clothing returns for resale
- File and archive accurate records
- Making and processing orders on behalf of other departments and ensuring they go out correctly
- Assisting with any other tasks that may arise
Requirements –
- Administrative experience
- Comprehensive PC skills, especially in use of email
- Full training will be provided in use of our systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organisation skills
