4 hours a day 5 days a week(plus holiday cover)
This role offers a part-time office based position working within in a family run company. The right candidate will be responsible for all general office procedures to ensure processes and duties in the office flow efficiently.
Primary responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:
- Customer Service
- Handling Inbound Calls
- Maintaining general company emails
- Maintaining & Improving Systems
- Updating CRM Systems
- Updating Sage Accounts
- Creating and Updating Document Templates Microsoft word and excel
- Processing supplier invoices
Team Support
- Managing and updating client folders with required paperwork
- Supporting Installation Team with necessary paperwork
- Support budgeting and book keeping procedures, including working with Sage
- Diary management and communication
- Organising meetings/surveys
- Ad hoc projects
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £9.50-£11.50 per hour
