We have a new opportunity for a Junior Administrator to work in our Oxford office. This is a full time, permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to all our divisions including those in other offices.
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Dealing with email enquiries.
- Diary management & arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- Daily preparation of all meeting rooms
- Data entry when necessary.
- General office management
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff and clients.
- Assist in the smooth running of both internal and external events

About You
The successful Junior Administrator will:
- Be able to commute easily to Summertown, Oxford.
- Be educated to at least GCSE level, including English and Maths.
- Be punctual.
- Be adaptable
- Demonstrate experience of using Microsoft
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a keen team player
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
- Have a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ approach to work
- Be organised and able to prioritise your own workload
