Job description
Experienced office administrator required for a busy office in Beddington Croydon. The role will be split between telephone based customer services and basic office administration tasks. We currently have a team of administrators that need supplementing due to the growth in the business. We collect and deliver parcels in the Croydon and surrounding areas. There are issues that can arise which lead to calls into the office. Our administrators must support the resolution of customer queries by conversing with drivers, managers and warehouse staff.
All of our work is completed on company databases and ideal candidate must be proficient on PC's/laptops. We look for candidates with great communication skills and patience and someone who displays logical thinking. Ideal candidate will have previous office based customer services experience.
Internally we rely on regular emails and face to face communication and we use googlesheets for various administration tasks.
We expect exemplary attendance and time keeping as a minimum.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
