We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with Experience , though not necessary , in the Multi Utility Industry to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to emails. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain filing systems and records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Organise and maintain office supplies.
- Manage office communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,550.00-£24,000.00 per year
