Salary: £25,000 p.a. - £27,000 p.a.

The Role:
- As the Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting on administration tasks, general affairs and will be greeting visitors on the Reception desk.
- Responsible for day-to-day organisation of the site administrative and organisational tasks including maintaining stationary, stocks and office equipment.
- Oversee company insurance benefits.
- Support invoice booking systems.
- Take care of suppliers, liaising with service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors. Organising meetings, booking trips etc.
- Arranging on special event and occasions.
The Candidate:
As the successful candidate for the Administrator / Receptionist, you will have the following:
- Experience in an Administration role with some people facing experience.
- Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
