Dufrain delivers Data Engineering, Cloud, Data Strategy & Management as well as BI & Analytics services to a range of large enterprise clients in data-rich industries. We have a particular focus on Financial Services but we continue to diversify across other verticals. The role
We have exciting opportunities for Junior Data Engineers to join our consultancy team. This role is right for individuals who have relevant experience and a passion for Data, who will thrive in the success of the delivery in a wide range of projects.
Essential experience
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Data related role
- Experience in building data solutions using Python (pandas, PySpark, etc.)
- A good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Practical use of cloud applications (Azure, AWS, GCP) is desirable
- Using technology, such as Power BI, to visualise and present data insight is desirable
- Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

To be successful in the role of Junior Data Engineer you will demonstrate:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communicating technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Strong planning and organisational skills
