We’re looking for an Administrator to join the Score Group team based at our facility in Peterhead

About the role
The Administrator will be responsible for the completion of any administration related work within their department. All work shall be carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and work instructions. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the teams general administrative activities.

Primary responsibilities
- Working with multiple clients and contacts for each invoice
- Submit invoices by electronic data interchange
- Finalise purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Update and utilise company and customer systems
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
- Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation
- Support project team with administration tasks
Qualifications
- Competent in the use of MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience
- Basic administration experience.
