An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our fast-growing business based in Cannock, Staffordshire. This role will involve providing support to both the administrative and finance departments by completing various tasks related to financial transactions, record keeping, and general office administration.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to queries from customers regarding course fees, payments, and invoices
- Processing and reconciling invoices, payments, and expenses related to training courses
- Assisting with general office administration, such as answering and directing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Providing administrative support to the training department as needed, such as scheduling courses, sending out course materials/ certificates and responding to customer inquiries related to training courses
Working hours are three days to be fixed weekly and agreed at interview.
No weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £11.50 per hour
