What is the opportunity ?

Reporting jointly into the RBC BlueBay Chief of Staff and EA to the RBC BlueBay CEO, the role will provide coordination, support and administrative duties to the RBC BlueBay management team.

What will you do?


  • Administrative support for the RBC BlueBay Chief of Staff Office
  • Administrative support for RBC BlueBay’s charitable initiatives and D&I initiatives
  • Administrative support providing cover for other assistants during holidays.
  • Activities include:
o Ad hoc global diary management – booking meetings and calls including coordinating meetings rooms and video conferencing
o Working with travel agents to co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements, booking travel online, capturing details in relevant diary and providing detailed itineraries ahead of business-related travel.
o Conducting general office administration, including processing and reconciling expenses claims, invoices, copying, scanning, faxing, collation of various documents and any other tasks.
o Pro-actively managing calls, ensuring detailed communications accurately recorded and passed on.
o Support with day-to-day ad-hoc activities
o Manage and update centralised documents on Sharepoint
What do you need to succeed? Must-have
  • Previous team assistant experience within the financial services industry or professional services industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong team player
  • Attention to detail

Nice-to-have
  • Degree educated preferred
  • Concur experience
