About the role:
The new Head of Workforce and Resilience will be experienced in leading organisational change and will be able to demonstrate collaborative leadership with effective working and decision making at a strategic level. They will have a background of leading high-performance teams and will have strategic finance skills including budget setting and forecasting and presenting financial information. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, be an innovative thinker and a self-starter. Candidates do not need to have knowledge of the museums sector, but they should be passionate about sharing experiences and advocate of a learning organisation.
