Job description
As an Administration & Project Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Union’s student-facing administrative and operational functions. You will ensure we deliver a high-quality customer service and front of house experience across Union facilities and will work to ensure the continued success of projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Union services.
Working alongside Student Presidents, Vice Presidents, and other staff members you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of core projects, campaigns, and events aimed at positively impacting the experience of the charity’s student membership.
This is a full time role on a fixed-term contract until 22nd December 2023.
This role is based in the RGU Students' Union offices on the Robert Gordon University campus in Aberdeen.
