To The purpose of this role is to provide a full administration support to HFS, you will be key in ensuring a strong focus on compliance and ensuring information is recorded & maintained to regulatory and legal requirements particularly around Electrical & Fire safety.
To be successful in this role you must have demonstrable experience of being able to work proactively, with the minimum of supervision and a track record of delivering outcomes on time and to a high standard.
It is essential that you are able to understand the diverse needs of customers and have the ability to deal with vulnerable customers, sensitive issues and potentially challenging situations.
