Rexbrown LTD is looking for a flexible, pro-active receptionist/admin and production assistant to join our dynamic and fast paced Rex Studios Team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist/admin/production assistant is also helpful but training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and assisting them in finding their way around the office.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks like data collection, office management and liaising with external parties
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Accepting incoming couriers and arranging for pickup as and when required.
Taking care of sample inventories, orders and deliveries.
Opening all the offices and Studios of Rex Brown Ltd & Rex Studios
Assisting with ad hoc live streaming production duties including setting up and running live streams from time to time
Setting up various promotions for products on our sales platforms
Assisting in the outreach, data collection and sample management of our influencer outreach operations
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related customer facing field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Driver's license is a plus.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
Proactive, quick learner with the ability to juggle different tasks seamlessly
