Our client who are a waste recycling centre in Burscough are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant on a temp - perm contract

As an Administrative Assistant in Burscough, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the office and providing administrative assistance to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- General admin work on the contracts run within IRM
- Provide administrative support to the office and various departments, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, handling correspondence, and maintaining files and records.
- Assisting the contract managers and business managers in the region.
- Handling office administration
- Data entry using Microsoft 365 Packages including Excel and internal systems
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
- General admin duties
- Supporting the contracts manager/ business manager
- Liaising with site operatives
- Dealing with contractors
The working times and pay:
- Monday - Friday
- 08:30am - 16:30pm
- £11.00 per hour
