We have an opening for a hard working, Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties including diary management, filing, typing and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be able to work own own initiative or as part of a team. Good written and verbal communication skills important to deal with customers via email or telephone. Competent in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word skills beneficial. Ability to contact suppliers/ordering of supplies etc. He or she will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and respond to emails.
- Maintain calendars and schedules.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Establish and maintain databases.
- Review documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and tone.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22 per week
