Quinn Hearse and Limousine are a family business established in 1995. We manufacture specialist vehicles for the funeral industry. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of staff members with an informal atmosphere and steady, consistent work.
The Role
Following office administrative tasks (including but not limited to):
- Assisting with the preparation of accounts (data entry, invoicing)
- General filing and organisation
- Provide a professional and efficient customer service to clients
- General administrative support to the management team
Working Hours
09.00-17.00 Tues-Thu

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a willingness to learn.
Essential Skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Good time management
- Good communicator
- Good attention to detail
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
- Experience within a similar office environment
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: £10.18-£11.00 per hour
