Job description
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain files and records in both physical and electronic formats
- Input and update data in various systems, including QuickBooks
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or supervisor as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical office is preferred
- Familiarity with dental or medical terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
