As an Administratoryour main responsibilities would be:
· Providing high-level diverse secretarial & administrative duties for two senior managers.
· Administrative duties including: compiling reports / document generation / diary management / meeting arrangements / maintaining records & files.
· Maintaining efficient communication channels, managing schedules & coordinating various tasks to facilitate the successful execution of financial strategies & initiatives.
· Coordinating & scheduling meetings, workshops & conferences – inc. booking venues, arranging catering & preparing necessary materials.
· Serving as a central point of contact, both internally & externally – building effective relationships & acting as a representative for senior management.
· Contributing to the development & improvement of administrative processes, suggesting innovative ideas for increased efficiency & effectiveness.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
· Demonstrable experience as an executive secretary / personal assistant.
· Excellent communication skills – both oral & written.
· An advanced level of computer literacy & wide knowledge of relevant MS office packages.
· Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy & consistency in all tasks performed.
· Demonstrable ability to work independently & collaboratively as part of a team.
· NHS experience – desirable.
