In this role, your main objective is to enhance our education team’s effectiveness by providing dedicated administrative support with efficiency and initiative. You will work in a team environment, build effective working relationships cross-functionally and balance multiple tasks simultaneously. The position requires strong communication and presentation skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Work with education team leads to c oordinate and support internal/external meetings and events ranging in size from 10- 10 0+ using audio and web software , as well as support in person events
Support outreach events through coordination and distribution of marketing materials, swag, and other required assets (physical and digital)
Maintain and organize all marketing swag inventories, including placing orders, distributing, and tracking
Maintain and organize education team inventories such as workshop kits, hardware, etc.
Provide purchasing support by creating purchase orders, following through to completion and approval , and tracking relevant receipts, invoices, etc.
Work closely with all relevant departments, including operations, technical services, marketing & content, outreach and innovation to proactively ensure standardization, efficiency and effectiveness of processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with customer data review and verification as needed
Assist with team communications via shared inboxes, online forums, PowerPoint presentations , copy editing as needed
Work cohesively with other administrative staff in the company
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines , prioritize tasks and initiatives , and follow through to completion
Demonstrated strengths in accuracy and attention to detail
Familiarity with basic protocols when liaising with leadership , other departments and external stakeholders
Ability to deal with ambiguity, demonstrate integrity and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience:
Experience working in education or learning related technologies
Experience with business systems such as SalesForce , Oracle , Airtable , and Eloqua a plus
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
1- 2 years of relevant professional experience
