About the Role
Due to service growth, we are currently recruiting an administrator to join our Client Engagement Team to support our NHS service.
As part of our client engagement team you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients and families. You will be responsible for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that all individuals accessing our service are provided with the best customer experience in accordance with Psicon’s company goals and values.
The main duties include: answering telephone and email communication, completing detailed and accurate records of every client contact, contacting clients to ensure they are engaged with our processes, and uploading documentation to online patient management system.

What we're looking for
Due to the nature of the work that we carry out, it is vital that candidates have excellent attention to detail and outstanding communication and customer service skills. They will have worked in a similar role, in a fast paced environment, ideally within the NHS or healthcare setting and must have a good understanding of data protection/confidentiality.
The role is based in the centre of Canterbury, Kent. (Please note there is no onsite parking). The core hours are 09:00-17:30. The typical working week is Monday-Friday, however we are open 7 days a week so variations to days worked can be considered to suit candidates.
