We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated and proactive PA / Administrator to join our fast paced successful team.
Tasks: Will be varied & include writing meeting minutes, ISO documentation, expenses, hotel bookings, health & safety documents, social media updates, blogs, reports & risk assessments amongst other ad-hoc administrative personal tasks to aid the Director. The role is full time at 37.5 hours per week, times as agreed with the Director.
About You: You are an experienced PA/administrator, trustworthy with a proficient level of IT understanding & a good working knowledge of MS Office e.g. Excel, Word and Dropbox. Meticulous in your approach with a very keen eye for detail & fast paced.
The role will involve processing audited information; therefore, it is imperative all information is correct with a high level image.
Your grammar & language skills will be exceptional.
Self-motivated, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
You will report to the Director and will be proactive and do what it takes to succeed.
What to Expect: In this fast paced & dynamic role, you will provide vital administrative support to the Director to ensure an efficient flow of documents.
Document training will be provided.
Working times can be flexible to start personal circumstances.
