Administrative Assistant Vacancy
Pickwick Academy Trust would like to recruit a permanent, part-time Administrative Assistant based at Corsham Primary School.
Hours: 33.75 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday 8.15am – 3.30pm, with 30min unpaid lunchbreak each day, 39 weeks per year, (term time only, including TD Days).
Salary: D4, £21,189 pro rata, per annum (actual salary £16,625 per annum)
Start date: 1st September 2023
Corsham Primary School is located in the picturesque Wiltshire market town of Corsham near Bath, and is arranged over two sites located at either side of the town. The Pound Pill site offers 14 classes and the Broadwood site houses 11 classes, both from Reception to Year 6. We are looking to appoint a committed and flexible Administrative Assistant, to support the School Business Manager in the day-to-day running of our school. Being able to work as part of a team is essential as well as being able to use your own initiative. A positive outlook and a sense of humour is essential! The successful candidate will need excellent communication and liaison skills.
The jobholder must demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This will involve undertaking annual Safeguard training and using school reporting systems for any Safeguard concerns.
