Background:

PharmaReview are expert providers in outsourced medical and scientific copy review. We work with some of the largest pharmaceutical companies globally and are based within Chiswick Park.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our rapidly expanding company and Client Services team.

As a medium sized business our team members must be highly adaptive to change to meet our clients’ needs. Consequently, our Client Services team must be adaptive and ready to take on new challenges as they present themselves.

We have a collaborative and supportive culture which enables the right candidate to expand their skills and responsibilities whilst being supported by their team through the process.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will have an interest in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

They will be comfortable interacting with clients in face-to-face meetings and/or over Zoom calls.

It is essential they possess the ability to work pragmatically and respond to clients in good time.

The ideal candidate must be able to deal with time sensitive requests and be a good problem solver.

Excellent attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications and requirements:

Ideally educated to degree level, although this is not essential.

A positive 'can-do' attitude to new and evolving challenges, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to support our clients’ need and requirements is essential.

Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

Previous experience within an administrative role in a professional environment will be advantageous.

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is desirable but not essential, as is knowledge of Veeva PromoMats.

Additional information:

We are located within the vibrant and energetic Chiswick Park, London, W4. This is very well served by public transport, with four tube and rail stations within a short walk, and includes an on-site gym, restaurants, and home to regular site-wide events. The site is highly cycle friendly, with showers and security, and we offer a cycle to work scheme.

This is an office based role where you will be expected to be in the office for about 3 days a week as a part of a hybrid working scheme.
