This is a well-established firm with offices across the global and a strong presence in London. You will be joining a firm that are keen on investing and developing their employees role within the company.
If you are an Office Assistant with experience, ideally within the investment sector, ideally within private equity, alternative investments or professional services and are looking to move and further your experience - then this is the role for you! You will play an integral part of the Office management team, ensuring the smooth running of this global firm.
This role would be perfect for someone who wants to take on more responsibility as a receptionist, in an Office Assistant capacity.
Supporting the Office Management team, as an Office Assistant you will have exceptional communication skills, excellent organisational and will have the ability to prioritise and resolve any issues that may arise.
As the first point of contact, you will be the go to person in this effervescent atmosphere. You will be looking to make an impact and muck in in this role.
