An exciting Office Assistant opportunity has arisen for you to work within a leading global private equity firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, driven and ambitious immediately available Office Assistant/ Receptionist who wants to work in a dynamic and varied tole in a high expectation environment.

This is a well-established firm with offices across the global and a strong presence in London. You will be joining a firm that are keen on investing and developing their employees role within the company.

If you are an Office Assistant with experience, ideally within the investment sector, ideally within private equity, alternative investments or professional services and are looking to move and further your experience - then this is the role for you! You will play an integral part of the Office management team, ensuring the smooth running of this global firm.

This role would be perfect for someone who wants to take on more responsibility as a receptionist, in an Office Assistant capacity.

Supporting the Office Management team, as an Office Assistant you will have exceptional communication skills, excellent organisational and will have the ability to prioritise and resolve any issues that may arise.

As the first point of contact, you will be the go to person in this effervescent atmosphere. You will be looking to make an impact and muck in in this role.

Duties include, but are not limited too:
    Coordinating all meeting rooms, ensuring that they are tidy and stocked at all times
    Supporting the Office Manager with renovations and projects
    Liaising with contractors, employees and stakeholders
    Maintaining the office supplies
    Assisting HR
    Ad-hoc duties such as, scanning, data entry, spreadsheets

Requirements:
    2 - 4 years of experience as an Office Assistant or Receptionist within the investment sector or professional services
    Excellent written and verbal communication style is required
    Confident to liaise and communicate with all levels of seniority
    Ability to use your initiative and be one step ahead
    Ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload

This is a short full time temporary assignment, looking to start very soon.
