Administrative Assistant - Accountancy Practice
We are a rapidly growing accountancy practice based in London (E1) and are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for clients or suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Schedule and arrange office meetings between teams, managers, and departments.
- Arrange travel plans and hotel stays for staff members.
- Process invoices, track receipts, input expenses, and perform other basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support budgeting and basic registration/bookkeeping/data entry procedures.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Order new office equipment, such as stationery and printer refills.
- Organize filing systems and update office databases.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Good at multitasking and quick learning.
- Can-do attitude with eagerness to understand all aspects of the industry.
- Good with computers and great analytical understanding.
- Great attention to detail with excellent MS-Office skills.
- Basic invoicing or bookkeeping experience would be advantageous.
- Previous Office Admin experience with previous database management/data entry experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously.
Languages:
- Cantonese (optional but preferred)
- Great English written and verbal skills

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
