Job description

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and driven Office/Admin Assistant to join our team based in the centre of Bristol. We supply workforce management software predominantly to industries such as security, cleaning and construction and health care.

Roles and responsibilities.

  • Confident and outgoing with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Excel and Outlook.
  • Carry out data handling and customer service responsibilities.
  • Running ad hoc reports from our in-house platforms and manipulating them using excel spreadsheets where required.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients on the phone.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Meeting and greetings of clients.
  • Organising refreshments. and setting meeting rooms.
  • Carrying out general administrative and ad-hoc duties.

Ideal candidate:

We particularly value customer service backgrounds from sectors such as retail, hospitality, health care etc… and a high attention to detail are required for all roles. We look for team members to carry this experience through to their interactions with clients, strengthening working relationships where appropriate.

We aim to allow our team to grow within the organisation and several of our senior management including on the board have started off in similar roles. This includes the opportunity to develop processes and client relationships including face to face meetings. Personality and especially individuality is encouraged and fostered, with everyone’s strengths and weaknesses supported.

Hours:

Packages available from between 28 to 40 hours with a high degree of flexibility where agreed. Internal training provided for all successful candidates, with additional training on various skills which will result in pay progression.

Typically these hours would be within normal business hours. However we are very open to alternate suggestions to accommodate needs such as childcare etc… and pride ourselves on retaining talent by being flexible around team members personal needs.

Starting Salary: Up to £24,003.20 depending on contracted hours taken. Scope for quick progression in rate beyond as more internal training taken and implemented.
