Remote Working Outbound Sales Advisor
Requirements: Only candidates with 1 year’s continuous outbound experience & minimum 6 months experience working remotely from home should apply.

Immediate start dates are available.
Location: Home working full time.
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Monday – Thursday 9.45am – 7pm
Friday 10am – 2pm
Saturday – optional as overtime
£10.42 per hour + commission + Go home early paid (when targets are met) - Realistic OTE £27k - £35k+

The role
As an Outbound Advisor you will contact clients to discuss work related expenses they may have incurred during their employment. You will be expected to fulfil the following objectives
- Build rapport & engage
- Fact find
- Listen clearly and take that information and enter in to a CRM.

Training
- 1 week training plan completed online via Microsoft teams

What you will need
· PC / Laptop or MacBook (Chrome books are not compatible) with minimum requirements of 2gb RAM, 2.4GHz processor and minimum 32gb storage. (We will test your home set up prior to training being offered).
· Call centre headset with microphone (Ear pods or similar products are not compatible)
· Quiet working space within your home.
· Reliable Fibrebroadband or standard broadband with minimum speeds of 11 Mbps
Experience we are looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year’s continuous outbound experience whilst working towards targets and expectations.
- Positive attitude with a “can do” mentality
- Experience of working in a home-based position
- Excellent communication skills including a positive and clear upbeat tone.
- Experience dealing with objections and using rebuttals.
