Ocean Recovery & Wellness Centre is unique and innovative private Residential Detoxification and Rehabilitation Centre situated on Blackpool`s North Promenade with superb views of Blackpool beach and the sea. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, and we believe that the care experience we give them should never be less than excellent, supporting them in achieving their identified goals and aspirations is pivotal.
We support people through detoxification and in to our unparalleled and inventive rehabilitation programme. This consists of group work, 1:1 keyworker sessions and other therapeutic interventions. We also link in with AA, CA and NA.
We are looking for a full time administrator to join our team.
Duties include
Greet visitors to the centre and ensure that the signing in log is completed
Prepare new starter personnel files including references, DBS and terms and conditions of employment.
Liaise with payroll with invoices, timesheets, starter and leaver information.
Organise staff meeting prepare and distribute minutes.
To provide administrative assistance to management and the wider team.
Ensure training modules are distributed and completed by staff.
This is not exhaustive and you may need to carry out other duties within the remit of the role.
Person Specification
· Extensive administration knowledge and experience
· Excellent I.T. skills, specifically in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Teams
· Good attention to detail.
· Confidence to work on own initiative
· Strong team player and inter-personal skills
· Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload
