We have a great opportunity within our Adult Community Nursing (District Nursing) teams in Oldham. You will be an enthusiastic Administrator that will support our clinical teams with high quality administrative support, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals, who work well under pressure and as part of a team. A sense of ownership for your work, a ‘can do’ attitude and determination to deliver the best support to the clinical teams is essential.
Main duties of the job
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and a strong commitment to personal and professional development and teamwork are essential for this post. Knowledge of Systmone would be advantageous but not essential, as training/development will be given.
As the role involves dealing with the public and professionals you must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You will have a flexible and professional approach.
You will possess excellent communication skills, have proven organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
You will be able to organise and prioritise your own workload and balance this with the demands of this diverse and varied role.

Qualifications / Experience
Essential criteria
- English/Math GCSE grade C or above or equivalent
- Working experience of Microsoft software
- Experience of using electronic systems
- Experience of working to timescales and deadlines
Desirable criteria
- Typing/Word processing qualification
- ECDL qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience of using SystmOne
- Understanding of the Data Protection Act
Communication
Essential criteria
- Experience of working in a team
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
