Do you like to work as part of a team? If so apply to join our Management administration team at Lynebank Hospital to work with the Health and Social Care Team in providing support to the functions of flow for the Hospital Discharge Team (Social Care) where advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (excel) will be a distinct advantage.
This is a combined role to support Hospital flow, as well as supporting their team of professionals, reporting processes and procedures and being part of the Management Administration team and working with Fife Council administration colleagues.
You should be educated to HNC / HND level or have equivalent NHS experience. An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including advanced use of Excel; sound knowledge of databases is vital as you will be required to manage, manipulate and report on electronic referral systems and databases having the confidence to share and present excel to a group of clinicians via Teams.
Excellent telephone and communication skills will be essential as well as the ability to deal with situations in a calm and methodical manner. A positive outlook in relation to high quality customer care and team working is also essential along with flexibility of cover.
