Job Description
- Able to achieve targets set by packing Team Leader and Manufacturing Manager
- Able to communicate with other members of the Department effectively.
- Able to work within a team and be an integral member of the team.
- Have the ability to work under pressure.
- Be able to work to deadlines.
- Use your own initiative and be able to work independently.
- Use problem solving skills.
- To ensure orders are packed to Badgemaster’s Quality standards.
- To ensure specific packing instructions to fulfil orders.
- Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are always adhered to.
- Use of the following equipment: Sonic welding machine, Guillotine, Bender, Scales, Conf bender.
- Have a positive and professional attitude.
- Have a strong ethic for work, along with critical attention to detail.
Working hours:
- 36.5 Hours
- 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 3:30pm Friday

The role is sedentary work, working at a particular workstation with fine motor hand skill that is required with repetitive movements.
