As an Administrative Assistant you will work within our Dental Services Childsmile and Oral Health Improvement Team. You will work as part of an integrated dental team and wider multidisciplinary team based at Ayr Hospital, although a degree of flexible working is required. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the delivery of the national Childsmile Community and Practice Programme, Childsmile Nursery and School Programme, Oral Health Improvement Programmes and National Dental Inspection Programme in Ayrshire and Arran.
HNC in Administration, ECDL or equivalent qualifications/experience are essential
Excellent IT and written and verbal communication skills are required as well as excellent organisational skills.
A car driver is essential.
You will be based at University Hospital Ayr but will be expected to work flexibly/remotely from other bases or from home.
