Job description
The postholder(s) will be responsible for handling a wide variety of administrative duties and being able to prioritise their workload accordingly. The postholder(s) must be organised, hardworking, and efficient and at all times aware of confidentiality and quality issues. The post(s) will contain a range of job tasks which require you to work on your own initiative, with some tasks operating within clearly defined limits. The post holder will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to accurately record data.
A key part of both roles is to schedule CPA/ CTR Meetings within Trust guidelines and prepare for and take live minutes at a number of weekly CPA/ CTR meetings. You will also be required to transcribe dictation as and when needed. Diary management is required to ensure CPA Meetings are added to diaries within set timescales. You will also need to communicate effectively within a range of different teams to ensure dates and times of meetings are planned effectively and added to the wider MDT Teams diaries.
The post holder will also be required to undertake duties such as inputting into the relevant Patient Clinical Information Systems and undertaking audits as and when required. The post holder will also be responsible for uploading documents to the Patient Clinical Information Systems and ensuring the CPA / CTR documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner after each CPA / CTR Meeting.
