Receptionist / Administrative / Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities/job description
- First point of contact ideally with a bubbly and friendly personality for clients and visitors
- Provide and offer refreshments in the main reception areas to all guests waiting
- Answering the telephone, transfer calls, take messages.
- Liaising with directors at all times, Scheduling meetings and assisting then with a daily task
- General office duties; Typing letters and creating documents, Printing, filing, Photocopying etc.
- Daily use and manage Microsoft software, outlook, excel and word.
- Ensuring that all existing schedule and documentation is always kept up to date
- Ensure that all office sundries and stationary is always kept well replenished.
- Ensure that the office is kept neat and tidy at all times
Marketing Role Description:
- Works under the direction of the Directors to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
- Deliver reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations
- Create integrated marketing plans across online and offline channels
- Manage social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content as appropriate
- Create marketing materials such as, white papers, case studies, and presentations
- Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
- Help plan promotional events hosted by the company
- Keep up to date with innovations in the marketing industry, new platforms and technology
Skills required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Languages: Fluent in English and Punjabi- Able to communicate at all levels
- Have an excellent level of typing skills and Proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes
- Can demonstrate an “attention to detail” approach to their work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Good knowledge of social media platforms, creating contents and able to post on platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Experience working with Mailchimp would be beneficial
The salary for this role will be in the range £22k -£23k.
The company is based in Loughton Essex.
