The Role
Our Operations Support Team provide first line support to our customers, management team and Consultants. There’s a wide range of clients, from award winning fish and chip shops to Michelin Star restaurants, to global coffee and burger chains.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to and managing customer queries or technical requests
- Supporting our Consultancy team with administrative support
- Booking appointments for Consultants and with our nominated Contractors who provide services on our behalf
- Assisting with allocation of workload/scheduling jobs
- Daily logging in of work for Finance team and checking reports are submitted
You must have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate
- A desire to improve ways of working to enhance service delivery
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requirements
- You must also be fluent in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
The position is generally remote however it will be necessary to work in our Head Office at Fosse Park up to 2 days per week
This is a part time role however candidates will be required to work Monday to Friday (eg every day)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: £11.00 per hour
