Ipswich, Suffolk

Full Time, Fixed term Contract (End of Year)

Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1700

Circa £22,000.00

TLP are delighted to be working with our client, a leading international manufacturer of construction materials, who are based in Ipswich. This role will be providing support to the Technical department, handling internal/external calls, processing technical specifications, inspecting reports and general administration.

Role Objectives:

Reporting to the Technical manager, you will engage with a range of administrative tasks as seen below:

· Provide administrative support to the Technical department

· Internal / External Telephone enquiries

· Assisting other team members with tasks

· Raising specifications, inspection reports & guarantees, tracking and progressing accordingly

· Liaising with clients and area technical managers

· Maintain high level of accuracy and customer service

· Use of internal database and Microsoft packages

· Training provided on all duties

Skills Required:

· Excellent communication – Both written and verbal

· High level of accuracy/attention to detail

· Must be computer literate

· Excellent organisational skills

· Professional, Friendly and a team player
