Position: Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a professional Administrative Assistant who is super-organised, has excellent attention to detail and takes initiative to support the business. You will be serving two companies directly reporting to the Head of Operations and working alongside other key business stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment. You will play a key role to enhance the effectiveness of office administration. This a great opportunity for someone who enjoys client-facing and business development in a fast-growing company.
What you will be responsible for:
- Support in the recruitment process – Source and find top quality service providers/ freelancers
- Liaise with serviced providers such as web developers, content writers
- Keep track of all tasks and follow up regularly
- Provide support for all operational matters, ensuring processes run as smoothly as possible
- Handle and track company expenses and liaise with accountants for proper fillings
- Market research on multiple projects at the same time
- General administrative support such as venue booking, travel booking, agenda planning and more
- Proactively identifying the needs of the team - Support the team on ad hoc projects where needed
- Pick up calls, post and make sure all invoices are input correctly, customer orders are accounted for properly in the different IT platforms and generally make sure all admin is under control
- Manage Social Media channels by supervising team working on these channels
What you need to possess:
- Min 2-year experience as an office/operation administrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent time management and efficiency
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook) as well as Monday.com
- Experience in a start-up environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
