Micropress is an innovative, UK-leading commercial printer employing over 180 people. We have an exciting opportunity for a committed candidate to work at our state-of-the-art factory in Reydon, Suffolk.
We are looking for an organised and efficient customer Workflow Administrator to support our busy Production team.
The role is a mixture of administration and customer service with a strong focus on excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
This is a clerical, office-based role. Your duties will include:
- answering and directing telephone calls and emails
- handling inquiries and incoming work requests
- checking data and updating databases
- supporting the workflow co-ordinators with administrative tasks
- processing orders
- Planning production schedules and liaising with both customers and colleagues.
- Producing quotes for clients using the in-house software IMS
- Dealing with basic estimating using the in-house software.
The successful candidate will be reliable and methodical, with a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks. They will be organised and have excellent communication skills. The ability to work as part of a team is essential. Good basic computing skills and a solid understanding of excel are required. Previous experience is not essential, as the successful candidate will be fully trained.
We are looking for a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week; 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
