Our team of professionals provides non-invasive treatments for children, teens, and adults with alternative medical conditions and provides comprehensive care to our patients' family caregivers.
Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and compassion for our patients and their families. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in the greater Nottingham area. Our administrative assistant will be responsible for the following:
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office/ clinic
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate person or office
- Creating and maintaining records ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date
- Ordering office supplies
- Performing general office duties including keeping track of all supplies/wares, maintaining inventory, keeping track of all paperwork, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner, ensuring that office equipment is maintained and reporting any issues or shortages.
Experience:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant/office administrator preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office required (Word & Excel). Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Familiarity with Office Equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) required.
- Working knowledge of office management systems; e.g., Accounting General, A/R/D, Payroll Services, ADP) preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £21,181.00-£22,199.00 per year
