About us:
Mecsol are based in Bristol operating a wide range of electrical services covering the commercial/heavy industrial sectors. Established for over 30 years working with a wide range of clients such as Balfour Beatty, Puma Energy and Kelda Water Services.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our company, working alongside our Office Manager on a part-time basis.
About you:
We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and driven individual to join our team as an Administrator.
To be considered for the role you should be self-motivated and possess excellent office skills, have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative.
This will be a 3 month temporary contract with the potential to become permanent.
MUST PICK UP NEW SYSTEMS QUICKLY
Preferred, but not essential requirements:
· Experience with Job Costing software
· Experience with Microsoft Packages
· Experience using Adobe Acrobat Reader
· Experience using SAGE
Things you will need to do as an Administrator:
Post delivery notes
Post invoices & chase queries to ensure system is up to date
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
Respond to questions and requests for information
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties such as deliveries and post
Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
Other admin tasks given by the office manager
The package:
£10-11 per hour
Continuous training and support
Part time – 10 hours a week - will need to work a Monday for 5 hours and then Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for your other 5 hours
