Mcleans Coaches is a very successful privately owned coach company of 25 years. We are looking for a motivated Admin Person to join our team.
This is a fully office-based position.
Previous experience of working in a busy office would be advantageous. The successful applicant will provide daily administrative support to the running of a busy coach company.

The role entails general administration tasks such as:
- Input and processing of documents.
- Answering general queries by telephone and email
- Filing and other general administration tasks
- Human Resources - completing contracts, keeping records up to date
- Supporting other administration staff and cover for holidays, etc.
The candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Good numerical and written skills.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Able to work well with colleagues or on their own.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
