MBSS is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and the Technical department. Duties will include answering phones, filing, and other duties as assigned. (to be discussed at interview) The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality for a small friendly, lively office, with excellent oral and written communication skills
Required Skills:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Must be comfortable with computers and have basic knowledge of office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be comfortable with general office equipment (printers)
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must have excellent customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
