As our new administrative assistant you will receive:
A competitive salary between £24,000 - £27,000

As our new administrative assistant, you will be crucial in supporting the senior leadership team at Market Halls as we grow in the next year.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and support visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as typing, copying, uploading and being in charge of our shared data drive.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
