About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity where you will provide a range of administrative support to the MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub) which is the front door to Luton Children’s Services.
This includes carrying out administrative procedures, taking minutes, answering telephone calls into the MASH, transferring to other teams or taking detailed messages for the social work staff.
In this vital role, you will also be responsible for the accurate inputting of data onto the Council’s computer systems including Liquid Logic and covering for Team Administrators within the service when on annual leave or sickness.
About you:
This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English.
Our ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience of dealing with front line enquiries from members of the public and be able to analyse and interpret large amounts of data and produce comprehensible reports.
You’ll have the ability to quickly assimilate how to use effectively specified service required software packages e.g. LCS & AFP.
We do ask that you have GCSE English or Level 2 in a relevant subject area.
