My client is a large global organisation who are looking for a Data Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate is organised and structured, with excellent communication skills!

The Data Administrator will be responsible for manually tracing individuals and re-uniting them with our clients, processing files through our internal database and ordering and keying births, deaths and marriage certificates from registry offices. The preferred candidate will be naturally inquisitive and apply that curiosity to the tracing work being completed, ensuring that they dig deep into available information and demonstrate tenacity in the face of obstacles. They will also have a keen eye for detail with high levels of accuracy. The successful applicant will work 37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri, between 8 am and 6 pm), and be flexible between in-office and home working.

Responsibilities

• Trace individuals to reunite them with our clients using a variety of internal and external platforms
• Order birth, death and marriage certificates from registry offices
• Securely send files to clients and ensure accurate inputting of data into all relevant systems
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned
