We are now recruiting for an Administrator position within our Home & Accessories Division. This is a temporary role for 12 months which has been specifically created to help and support a customer during a transition period whilst a new automated system is implemented.
Our Home & Accessories Division is primarily based out of Hong Kong and we are currently working closely with a key customer on a specific project.

About the Role
Administrator – Fixed Term Contract

- Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months
- Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week
- Hybrid Working
- Based in Leeds LS11
This is a standalone Administrator role which will be Hybrid work from home and office working based in Leeds (LS11). The Administrator will work closely with a key customer and will formally report to the Home & Accessories Division in Hong Kong.
The Administrator will liaise with sourcing agents, handle shipment data and reporting, and will provide supplier quotes to vendors. This role will also review and approve purchase orders and will collate data and information for key internal stakeholders.
We are looking for an Administrator who is:
- Able to work independently and with little supervision
- A proven and experienced Administrator with a good eye for detail
- Flexible and willing to learn along the way
- Able to multi-task effectively with various deadlines
- Comfortable working in a changing environment
- A great communicator and able to work with various stakeholders at all levels
- Confident, outgoing and well presented
- Resilient and solutions focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
About the Recruitment Process
The interview process will consist of two interviews:
- Initial interview with a member of the HR Team
- Final interview with a member of the Home & Accessories team
