We are looking for an Administrator to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as data entry, and filing. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, a willingness to assist and who is pro-active in achieving goals efficiently. We have a friendly, supportive and flexible environment, and whilst previous expereince in any of the responsibilities below is advantageous it is not essential and training will be provided where necessary.
Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
- Maintain HR and training records.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment registers and organise repairs and servicing.
- Assist with directing external phone calls to team members.
- Provide assistance with QA records and audits.
- Assist with accounting duties.
- Ensure CRM details are correct and up to date.
- Assist with marketing.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
