Administrative Assistant
Kandor Modelmakers Ltd is looking for a Full-time Admin Assistant to join our team in Stratford, East London.
We are looking for applicants with experience in an administrative role and possess excellent organisational skills and effective time management. You will be need to be able to work individually whilst also being able to work well in a team environment.
From time to time you will be the first point of contact on incoming calls and to visiting clients. Successful applicants must have a polite and confident communication skill set.
A successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office 365, specifically in Outlook, Excel and Word.
Any knowledge or experience in Sage 50 Cloud Accounts would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
· First point of contact on the telephone and to visiting clientele.
· Handle incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
· Process & input Timesheet data to help aid the Finance Director in the Payroll process.
· Purchase Ledger data input.
· Maintain stationery & sundry supplies.
· Help in any ad-hoc office duties.
· Allocation of payments on the Finance system.
· Work discretely with sensitive and confidential information.
· Check spreadsheets for accuracy and amend accordingly.
Requirements:
· Effective Time Management.
· Excellent Organisation Skills.
· Polite and confident communication skills.
· Accuracy & a keen eye for attention to detail.
· Be adaptable and willing to pitch in and assist even if it’s not your specific field.
· Strong Excel and spreadsheeting abilities.
· To have a can-do attitude and willingness to help.
· Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Hours: 30-35 Hrs a week.
20 days holiday per annum
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
